Wallis Annenberg PetSpace hosts annual party for shelter dogs

Every dog deserves to be celebrated, and on Aug. 20 Wallis Annenberg PetSpace hosted DOGust, its universal birthday “pawty” for shelter dogs. The party featured photo ops, games and fun activities including a splash pad, food truck and gifts for special four-legged friends. Some guests brought their own pups to participate in the fun, and artist Annie Brown created portraits of pets at the event, while Paw Mentality gave out birthday treats to all dogs in attendance.
